Guy stuff what is up with that?

So as a bonus with the bridesmaid dresses I sent a long 4 ascot style cravats and 1 tie. My customer sent me a PDF pattern but here is where it originated from. The tie was made from Simplicity 4762. I actually think it would be a good idea for me to offer this because often brides want the ties to match the dresses. If I'm making the dresses then I would obviously have the matching fabric.

Not sure if I tied the cravat right. I had to Google on how to tie a tie and the cravat. Honestly I had to do a few times before I got the tie right lol

Upcoming project for February

I have something different to do in February. I'm pretty excited to do a new design. These pictures are for inspiration. The main thing I need to capture is the ruched bodice and she wants some bling. The back will be a full back and I'm thinking fabric covered buttons instead of a zipper. I ordered the below bling for the gown.

I love this dress so much! I need to make myself one. As you can tell from my picture I'm very happy with how it turned out. Front and back view on form: Can anyone find my mistake from my previous bodice post? It is unfortunate that a shop on Etsy has been using my blog and my reviews on patterns.com to list the same items as me. It is flattering but at the same time irritating especially when the same pictures are used. I really love sharing how I hack patterns, make my own pieces to create, recreate garments but at the same time I'm trying to run a business and giving away your secrets sometimes hurts. After all the work I did with this dress I found an actual pattern that would make this dress entirely except for the pockets.
